My husband and I were in the store for 20minutes yesterday and not one person offered to help us. 3 people stood at the service desk, not working but chitchatting about random stuff. We went and spent our money else where. Teach your staff how to interact with customers because they don’t know how.

Tried to call three different departments. And could not talk to a single person about anything. Including the manager.... all they had to do is run an sku to see if they had it in stock before I waste time driving 5 hours to get there. I guess I’ll go somewhere else.

After reading some of the comments I fully agree, this place sucks. I live two hours outside of town, placed an order on line and received two e mails, one confirming the order, and one saying it is ready for pickup. Guess what, the order was not ready for pickup, they didn't even have the item in stock. if I could give a rating of 0 I would.
