This RONA is really not recommended for the purchase of a lawnmower. On July 7, 2025, I purchased a 30'' CUB CADET riding lawnmower 305107-13AC26JD596 invoice 43300-01454471-01 for $3549.28, it did not work. When I purchased it, the employee was not able to start it because there was no gas, it was pushed into the trailer. When I called back 2 days later, I supposedly spoke to the manager, he had nothing to do, I could not return it, I had to find a dealer for the CUB CADET warranty to have it repaired. Impossible to find, no one could repair it for a month and a half to 2 months. Zero service after paying, which means that after leaving the RONA in Sainte-Marie, we don't give a damn about your purchases, just sort out your problems! That's my mistake too, I should never have gone to that RONA, don't get caught in the trap.
I am a regular customer because of the choice and quality of the products, the good prices and regular discounts, as well as the excellent service, both from the clerks and the people at the checkouts.
