Not the friendliest staff or helpful or knowledgeable. I’ve tried over the past 5 years to go locally but if staff says this product does not come in this colour and I find it on the shelf myself or staff tells me they have no idea what I’m talking about and don’t carry it, yet, it is on their website and in stock there…why should I bother going there and asking for assistance. It’s futile and very disappointing.
Received great help from Paul when we were searching for some casing for our house. He went to the trouble of making 2 different orders to get us what we needed. Wouldn't hesitate to deal with him and this location again.
Even with the pandemic, this is a great store. I got all my requested lumber waiting for me in the parking lot. Just pick up and go. Excellent service and very good lumber. Thank You. George from Kitchener
placed an order, called 10 days later to inquire, for 3 times in a row said they would call back to let me know...no call... i had to keep calling they just kept saying someone would call...still no one calls. Held up my renovation job by 10 days...thought I was doing the right thing by buying local..had to buy elsewhere out of town but got items immediately with zero incompetence

The staff is very helpful they will help you find anything If they don't have it in stock they will order it and get it in as soon as possible
