RONA Cashway Southampton

Against my better judgement I purchased logik-e wood pellets from this store rather than peevey mart new liskeard and now my remote home has been without heat for 24 hours as my pellet stove is clogged with packaged pellets that were saturated with moisture. Do not buy Logik-e wood pellets from Rona. The price was definitely to good to be true.

I came into the store today and received the worst service that is fair and reasonable I came into RONA today needing a spare key cut and their front desk got me someone who can not cut the key as it needs properly, this person broke the blank key and damaged the original key. I had to argue with the "store manager" who does not have professional customer service and who does not care enough to settle until almost 30 minutes and told me why I would go to them for help for this. They told me that I came here for no reason and that off no fault of their own this happened... If that is how they treat there customers I am never recommending their services for my experience. offered without care.

We went into Rona in New liskeard, We bought an Ashley'sWood stove They were more than willing to take our money, We received the stove Hooked it up and pieces were missing,We called Rona right away,Well apparently they can't help us it's isn't there problem, Didn't try to help us in any way.We will not be going back to Rona in the future.They do not care about their customers.

The monday it’s say that it’s open till 8pm. We are coming from quebec and it’s close at 6pm , very disapointing… hope they will change their closing hour on google . Not very fun when you come only for that

I never do reviews. I felt inclined to do so today. We are an hr by boat and 2 hrs to town. We called ahead and talked to Stacey. What we needed she said Rona had. We specifically asked 4 times during the conversation if she is sure she had the correct measurements. She said yes. Came in and in the lumbar yard all The young guys had no clue what we were talking about. One guys went to find Stacey. She took us over to an isle were we already looked and she said “they are right here” My husband says “No these are 2 inches shorter, I told you 5 inches wide” She looked at her work phone and all she could say was “My bad” Gas is very expensive these days and time is precious to us as we are on a time limit for needing these supplies. She did go over to the computer and look further, I swear my dog can look faster. Once she realized she made a mistake she said it again “My bad” Not I’m “Im sorry” I know people make mistakes, and Im one of them. The lady working the front cash was extra lovely, I did ask her for the manager’s name Darren But he was not in. Stacey made a 3 hour trip into town a complete waste of time and money in fuel.

Smaller then city ronas we are use to but has everything we need for renovations

We're lucky to have a Rona in town. Great service with a smile all the time. The store is organized and the staff are always very friendly and happy to assist inside the store and lumber yard. Thank you!

Never had an issue good friendly business Knowledgeable staff and like the rest doing the best they can to serve everyone during this crazy pandemic only issue is the signage for pick ups ect.. Could be a bit more clear on where to wait for what. That's all

The store closest to me has not stocked any of the big box power tool items i have inquired about in the past 2 years Even repeated flyer advertised items have not been brought into the store for the sale mitre saw. And why do the hours online say the store is open untill 8:00pm? I understand all about the virus problem but come on now, its been months now. Change the hours online. Thats twice i wasted time and gas to come to your store to spend my money and i am sure there are many more people out there who have wasted time better spent doing other things! I would have given you a one star but i like the staff personally. Treat you nice and respectfully
