I sent an alternator to him on 08/01/2011. I waited for more than two weeks and finally had to call him to get answers as he did not respond or contact me once he made a determination with my alternator. I then went on and sent him a ups return label on the 17th for my alternator and it has FINALLY been shipped 08/25 or so he claims, the tracking number still doesn't show up as valid. Keep in mind that since my number shows up as an 800 number he kept hanging up on me and I ended up having to call from my personal cell phone. I would not recommend unless you like being hung up on and having to be persistent and pushy. Be prepared to be the one making the phone calls to find out whats going on. Lets just hope that I get the correct alternator back.
