I love this place I take all my clothes here I've taken even my weeding dress and came back so good I can't complain I just love how they work. It smells so amazing. Thank you so much!Service: Wedding gown cleaning
I paid $90 for them to press 6 cotton linen curtian panels. I picked them up and already I seen that they were still wrinkled so they pressed the one curtain again I get home and hang them up and they have all kinds of wrinkles pressed into them. I will never go back and will warn others to stay away.Service: Clothes pressing
They have it done in 2 days top and whenever i go in the employe is smiling
This place does an excellent job on my cleaning. I have them clean my down coats & my antique quilts. I'm always happy.
Fast, clean, dependable. The cleaners have always been able to remove any stains that I have on anything I’ve brought them. I love bringing my work shirts here, always get them back pressed and looking great for work.
I've been to a few cleaners within the area and Romeo Villager Cleaners did a great job! I'm going to make them my go to cleaners. It looks like it's a family business and apparently they have been in the area for years. They know what they're doing. I took in a shirt with a pretty bad stain that I let set in for a couple days, I didn't know it had a stain on it. They told me in advance that it probably wouldn't come out but they would try anyways, it came out! I've had a prom dress cleaned and it looks wonderful, sad it has to stay in my closet. Give this place a try, if you're nice to them, they are very nice but wonderful people in general.
NEVER go here. Woman hustled me to pay an up charge of an additional dollar per sweater I brought in. I thouroughly described materials, what was needed to be done to each sweater, etc. they returned my 1970s vintage wool coogi sweater with holes in it. I took it back and they basically just stitched it horribly and told me to deal with it. They ran the other one through a washing machine and stretched it out.... I thought this was a dry cleaner? It came back to me soaking wet...I paid $6 a piece for them to ruin two of my items. They cost me over $100 in damages for $18 in "DRY cleaning" and didn't even give me a refund. I would take that $100 and bet that the only five star review on here was done by the business owner. This place is a joke! Donate your clothes, throw them out, burn them, it will save you more money than if you bring them here! These people have no idea what they're doing. Go to locks cleaners instead. It's right down the street
Took my husbands expensive work shirts to get cleaned, while there one got tore on the arm. It looked like something got caught and sliced it straight down. I noticed upon pick up and let them know right then, the lady there said they would fix it after trying to blame it on me. Two days later I went to pick the shirt up and I can not believe how they “attempted” to fix it. I say attempted because it looks worse now than it did with the slice in it. I could have done a better job, now I don’t even know if I will be able to take their hack job apart and fix it correctly. When I told them it looked horrible once again they told me it was brought in like that and it was my fault.
If i could leave 0 stars I would... This place was supposed to remove a stain from my bedding for my boat. They claimed it was complete, but when I arrived, it had the same stains on it. They then wanted to charge me $50.00 to pick it up, looking the same as when i dropped it off. They offered me to pay for it and they would "re-clean" it only to receive it in the same condition as before. I asked for the owner to call me and three weeks passed with no call. I reached out to them and spoke with Grace owner's wife She tells me I need to pay the $50.00 if I want my stuff back. This is the worst place I have ever taken my clothes to.
We've taken a number of items here with great service. Today, we picked up a pair of 6ft window shears. They're sparkling clean and we're very happy.
