Story

Rolling H opened it's doors because we want everyone to be on a bike, to tap into the joy that can be found on a long road ride, a recreational family filled greenbelt excursion, or the dirt filled thrill of a mountain ride. Whether you are a beginner, a recreational rider, or a seasoned cyclist - we have the staff, experience, gear and passion to help you. We offer a wide variety of bike services, and sell reliable, well-known brands like Scott, Raleigh, Louis Garneau, Endura, Troy Lee and more. I love this place. Adam, Wesley, and Jessica are wonderful to work with. Their knowledge and customer service are fantastic and refreshing.

I don't have much experience with bike shops, but I have 35 years worth of experience dealing with people. And the people at Rolling H are what turned me from a wanna-be DIY bike repair guy to a Rolling H customer. From Wesley getting my retro bike in riding shape when an untimely disaster occurred prior to my first gran fondo to his and Adam helping me find the right bike for my 6- and 8-year-old kids, my interactions with them have always been enjoyable. Anytime I've been in, Jessica has always offered friendly, knowledgable advice when I've needed it. Finally, I decided to take the plunge and upgrade my 1987 road bike and the entire crew, starting with Adam, made it an easy choice. For me, it was the largest purchase I'd ever made that didn't have a motor in it or that I couldn't sleep in, and Adam did a great job in allowing me to process everything on my time. He gave me information, let me try things out and then stepped back and let me make a decision. I admire the way they've created a loyal customer base by simply being good people.

Having an adult 3 wheeled adult trike I was not sure where to take the trike. I called the other down town bike shop and they stated they would not be able to do it for two weeks(After the first of next month). I called Rolling H and they said bring it in and we will try to at least take a look.When I brought it in Wesley ask how much repair can we do before you want us to call.I told him $100.00 would be OK.Several hours later I got a call expecting an estimate.Wesley informed me they had found a few minor problems and taken necessary steps to repair the trike. Additionally they greased all the chains and wheels.The total cost was $ 20.00.All the other members of my family have bikes and will become (as needed) Rolling H customers in the future. What a please to find a merchant who does work on time and under cost. I would give them six stars.
