Amazing flavor in the Ice cream! By crushing the ingredients into the cream as it freezes it infuses the ice cream with an amazing flavor and texture profile you can't get with regular ice cream. Remember going in to be patient and kind while waiting. It takes a lot of effort to make. I know my arms would be in so much pain after an hour of making rolled ice cream. The employees were kind, there's a menu on the counter as well as on three large TVs on the wall, and the restaurant was very clean. I would however say that indoor seating is lacking. There's about 6 booths lined up against the wall that can fill up quick during a rush. We were very lucky someone left as we came in and opened up a booth for us. We got the Berry blast, Salty Caramel Pretzel, and Oreo. Really happy we got the chance to check this place out before all the restaurants closed. Even with the higher price at about $7 for the Ice Cream I would highly recommend this place. The employees work hard and the Ice Cream is truly one of a kind and very worth it. This is my new favorite Ice Cream place. When the restaurants open back up, this is my first stop.
Good ice cream, great service. I do think that the containers/quantity are a little smaller for the same price that I've paid at other similar places.
Even though it's a little pricey, about $7 a cup, it was definitely worth it. You get a lot of ice cream and it tastes amazing. I had the strawberry cheesecake and there was a whole slice of cheesecake that they mixed in! I can't wait to try more flavors.
Order was ready on time and the customer service was great! Very friendly group of people working hard for great tasting ice cream. Strawberry Cheesecake is 10/10 , Cup of Joe Coffee is 12/10
I have to say the bubble tea was okay, the flavor of tea can be better : Therefore, the ice cream roll is sooo good. I love it very much!
Not a long wait, people were waiting because it’s opening day...waited 10 minutes super good ice cream and definitely the best in kzoo! Matt the owner is super nice and a friendly person I general we’ll be back without a doubt!
Absolutely love rollup! This was my second time and the staff was great both times. And the ice cream was excellent
Went their for bubble tea and was more than disappointed. 3 different flavors were ordered and you would have never known that by the taste. And the boba was like chewing gum.....maybe under cooked? It was truly awful. I'll have to go back and try the ice cream and hope for a better outcome.
Everything about Roll up Ice Cream is absolutely amazing!!! The batter they use compliments their fresh never frozen chicken or fish so perfectly. Typically, when I go I like to get a little bit of everything because I love it so much. Chicken tenders, fish sandwich, bubble tea, and ice cream? Yes, please!!! Do yourself a favor and pay them a visit as soon as possible!
I went in at around 2:30 and I was really impressed at the service quality. It was really cool getting to see my ice cream assembled before me, the staff were very friendly, and when I got home and ate my ice cream, it was well worth the money. My mom wanted brownie batter and I wanted strawberry cheesecake with a tropical bubble tea. We both loved our ice cream and I enjoyed my tea. I look forward to seeing what new flavors come in after you guys are settled in more. You'll definitely see me back again next time I have money to kill and a sweet tooth that needs sating. :
