ROKA was instrumental in getting our property on its feet after years of unsatisfactory property management by other companies. They were able to put our financials in order and to organize and ensure completion of a large repair project. All this was accomplished while attending to the daily, monthly, and annual needs of maintaining the property. ROKA was very knowledgeable and professional in providing their service.

I had the privilege of working with Roka Properties while on our condominium board of directors . They were most helpful in every aspect of the management of our community. Always pleasant , kind and professional. Genuinely nice people doing an outstanding job. I was sorry to see them move on as I feel they had helped us accomplish a great many things over our time we worked with them. The management of Roka was outstanding to deal with. While they managed one of my properties out in Cochrane, AB, they greatly improved the image of our condo building which was once run down. They were also ready to take time off their busy schedules to answer questions that we had about our condo fees and other financial obligations regarding our condo. I will highly recommend Roka to any person who is looking to do business with them. You can expect to be treated as a person rather than a number.
