Our meals were good. I had the enchilada plate with ground beef. The beef was dry and that detracted from the overall Mexican experience. Some hot sauce did help but I felt if the beef had been moist, it would have been better. The staff [owners?] were great. This is a hidden restaurant in Hinton but stay vigilant to find them and give them a try! Parking: A large parking lot in front of the restaurant.
Authentic Mexican flavours with a variety of dishes from street foods to main courses all of them also with vegetarian options. Great sauces and excellent service! If you’re Mexican and feel a bit homesick, this place will not disappoint you.
My husband and I enjoyed eating at this cute Mexican restaurant on our honeymoon, staying in Hinton, visiting from Calgary. Considering Hinton is a small, mountain town, the Mexican food at this restaurant was fresh and quite authentic and definitely one of the only Mexican places in the mountains. The Mexican nachos were delicious and unique. The service was fast and very friendly! We would love to eat here again.
The restaurant had good reviews so we tried our luck. They're a bit understaffed so be prepared to wait if it's Busy we waited 40 min on our appetizer, drinks 5 min. The portion was good, the meats were a bit dry. A big plus are the DIY hotsauces you can add yourself. Decent guacamole. In general: would not come back but the kitchen can improve easily with some planning and freshness!
AMAZING Mexican food. The tacos and chimichangs were great. But the real star of the show was the 5 different house made hot sauces, which added a whole lot of excitement to my meal.
It was amazing, a true experience. The restaurant is also very cute and the staff very friendly. I wish I could eat more food so I could taste more stuff. The nachos were the real deal and the chips are just perfect, I did not take a picture because I was too hungry.
A true gem in Hinton! Absolutely delicious tacos and churros. Family loved trying the 5 different levels of chili sauce. Highly recommend!
This place was so awesome. The food was so sooooo good . We had our lunch here and loved everything. The place has a nice theme. The staff were very friendly. The house sauces were so delicious. Will definitely visit this place again.
We try to eat newer places everytime we visit Jasper. We tried this place and from atmosphere to food. Everything was fantastic. The service was very quick. The girl who took our order was welcoming.
The best and tastiest dishes ever. Additionally, the level of service was excellent. The interior is so nice.
