Rogers Video Victoria Park

The store is very nice and the Staff are very friendly and helpful. I went to this store this week Dec 3rd 2020and Mr.G the sales executivewas very professional and helped me to get my mobile device ,accessories and connection .I will recommend this store for my friends as well !

This Rogers store is off the beaten track but provides full quality service you would expect from a Rogers store. The store is always staffed well and wait times are minimal. Questions are answered on the spot and solutions are achieved when you work with one of the sales associates.

Worst customer service ever, I have been here for 2h on 2 separate days and they can’t do a simple phone exchange. And yes, I need to be there in person waiting, in front of the tv.
