Store used to be great, staff, and managment were always helpful. It would appear there has been a regime change at the store. Now any time recently I have dealt with the store, ranging from simple hardware warranty, to questions about billing, the staff seem annoyed. They seem to be irritated that they have to deal with a customer, or always try to pass the buck, giving you a phone number on a piece of paper to call. Before the staff would be on the phone for you to help and resolve your issues. Not anymore I guess.

Friendly staff and always willing to help out. The manager seems to be the least knowledgeable and never seems to be willing to try to solve the problem. Other than a few minor flaws, this place is solid Rogers store.
