I went here to get a SIM card for my phone. The door was locked. The rep opened it and told me to look into a camera they had outside. When I asked why she said they'd been robbed.nnThey also try to restrict access to leave by leaving signs the rep must open the door. I was able to open it so they don't lock you in.nnThis is a disgusting way to treat you customers- as potential robbers. It is one of the most disrespectful things I've ever encountered.nTo the manager of this location: Hire security to mitigate risk don't disrespect you customers by treating them as potential robbers.
I had the pleasure of speaking with Eric from Rogers, and I must say the experience was outstanding. Eric was incredibly knowledgeable, patient. His professionalism and friendly demeanor made the entire process seamless. Thank you, Eric, for your excellent service!
Came into the store, gave the ID and the worker yelled across the store. “This is fake.” As all the employees started to laugh. First of all, it’s not a fake ID. Second of all, it’s unprofessional and should had been handled differently. If you believe the ID is fake, call the police. Don’t try to feel big and embarrass customers in front of the store. I asked to speak to a manager and the worker took the phone from somebody else and started to be even more disrespectful towards me. I don’t understand why anyone would go into a high security store and give a fake ID. It makes no sense to risk life in jail for what? Do not give your time and money to this location. Minimum wage workers have no respect for anyone anymore.nnNo wonder this location only has 3 stars. All saying the same thing. The customer service is disrespectful and non-existent. The stores believes everyone in there is there to rob them.
I too was at the store at the time of the transaction and sure enough ids presented to the repnWas indeed fake. Maybe we shouldn’t try to use innocent reps tomcommit crimes. Rep did an amazing job. Can’t trust these negative reviews, guess they can be left by anyone. These reps do amazing job and thanks again Rimpal for your help on my upgrade. Love the phone
No respect on what you ask inside the store. The customer representative doesn’t know about the phone cost. we have to let them know that the phones are on offer. This is how they are so please buy the phones online or through chat, which is good.
