Had a drip edge installed, front and back of the house. A two man team came and they were finished in 30 minutes. If I hadn't gone out to see what they were doing back in the truck, think they would of just left. Next day it rained and still had the issue of leaking between house and gutter. It's been 6 weeks chasing them to come and look at it. Calling them gets response like "Maybe the trough is clogged" or "Excessive slope on gutter."3 times they said they would and 3 times no show. Can't even get their stories straight with their own office. Extremely unprofessional and obliviously don't mean what they quote on their site "qualified roofing contractors who are committed to honesty and quality work on every job no matter how small or large". To update, they eventually came back and adjusted the drip edge. This was a simple fix, which resolved the issue. They also gave a slight discount on the final price. Therefore I am revising my score.Services: Gutter repairs
Very prompt, punctual and professional. Asked me about all aspects of the repair and took into account my perspective on it.
Very unhappy experience. I will not recommend Rogers home exterior at all. Bad in every aspect you can possibly relate to a construction project.
I would have happily used this company but they were unavailable at the time.
