Due to the pandemic the store only allows 3 customers at a time. Long wait outside. Staff is nice. Cases are overpriced. Otterbox Defender cost is $80 vs $60 at BestBuy or a bit lower through Amazon.
3rd phone I have purchased from the vaudeville store, always great service
I went to the Rogers store to buy a new phone. The employees were amazing. They transfered all my data from my old phone to my new phone. Reformatted my old phone so that my son could use it. They explained the purchase and the contract very clearly. Would never go anywhere else. A very pleasant experience. You're doing a great job. Keep up the good work

I received excellent service from Antonio didn't get family name he went over and above to get us the best cell phone package for me and my kids. He even stayed 30 mins beyond his shift to complete the transaction. What a pleasant, professional, and friendly sales person. So refreshing to receive great customer service! Thank you Antonio!!!!!
Absolutely amazing customer service! Romy I am so sorry if I do not get the name right was so helpful and professional. We came with multiple questions getting an esim, changing plans, etc. and he solved them all so quickly and efficiently.

Called the Rogers customer service yesterday for a software over usage problem for the last 2 months. The representative could not help me with anything so told me to go to a store. “Time and location system location services” using all my data. 12G/month. The store manager helped me to reset and turned off most of the possible app and not sharing my locations. Of course he could not erase the data “used” but gave me a deal for 1 year. I am a 17 year Rogers customer and this is the first time I got a good service from Rogers. They should just hire more helpful over-the-phone representatives to cut down the cost and waiting time. waited 40min before speaking to the representative and took him another 30min going back-and-forth keeping me on hold while he "searches" for solution... Great job at this store I will go back when upgrading my phone. Was in-and-out of the store 15min AAA+++
Amazing service ! By far the best rogers store, they're very polite and extremely helpful. I opened a line with the manager. He took the time to show me the features on my new phone, applied the screen protector and went over every page of the contract with me. This store excels at customer service
Called because my 2 year contract was up and they kept charging me for the phone - got one rep who said they would make the change then when i checked it wasnt changed - so i called back and said they couldn't do it - said that they can't make changes to my account without my permission - but taking an extra 40$ a month without my permission is fine - got a manager and said the new way they do it is transparent so this doesn't happen - so i say - "so it wasn't transparent before?" and she goes "right" hahaha what a joke of a place - heard bad stories before but damn!
The manager, I believe his name is Steve? went above and beyond for me when I came to purchase a phone. If I could give a 10 star I totally would. I haven’t felt this satisfied after leaving a cell phone provider in a LONG time. Will definitely be going back to see Steve and his amazing staff.
