The woman who does the scheduling is unfriendly. They couldn't get a generator for a year but we ended up finding one and getting it within weeks. Update: if they don't like your review they won't service your generator. Like I said, great customer service.

They were awesome! I have been dealing with my mother's passing and they made things easy. They were so accommodating to my needs. I would recommend them again and again.

Rods went over and beyond there scope of work. We had a generac installed on a  concrete pad . Stand by. They are experts  and it truly shows. They always showed up. And they always called when they were on the way. Could not ask for better Service! Thanks Rods  you installed  our last  generac. We have a contract to have our generator serviced annually have called three times been told very shortly it has been over a month or so nobody has been here yet should I keep waiting.

Very helpful with questions about generators but so busy couldn't even come out check out our home to give us a evaluation as to the cost
