Purchased my battery roughly one year ago and the experience was great. Staff is kind, informative, and patient. Recently spoke with Jim due to some battery issues, and he was a pleasure to deal with. Very humorous, generous, and outgoing employee. Much respect to the team at Rocky’s Battery, I recommend them whenever a discussion surrounding new batteries is brought up - which happens often in Alberta.
Amazing service and a lighting fast install. This place is clean, the guys really care and go the extra mile. The battery was a better price than at a box store. On top of that they give the charging system a check as well. This shop is the fastest, easiest and probably the best price you’ll get a battery for. Great to see a local company still going after all these years. It’s nice to support local instead of a big faceless company.

Professional, friendly and helpful staff. Quoted me a price and honored it even after I was late going in. The gentleman replaced my battery so I didnt have too reset my functions. Clean shop with nice decor and I got a great powerful battery.
This Company is 100% the only place to get batteries. Great quality installed into your vehicle while you wait. They took the time to clean off terminals and old battery acid,went way above. The techs and owner are great and informative. You will not be disappointed.
I arrived at the opening bell to a warm welcome and instant install of a great 1000 cranking amp battery at a pretty reasonable price. Sure I could install myself but thought I would treat myself. Super polite crew, spotless shop and would highly reccomend!
The only place to go to replace a battery in my opinion. Professional, kind, and efficient. Bought a superior battery with 1025 cold cranking amps for the same price as the competitors 800. This is a well run local business that deserves your business. I will be a return customer.
