Phenomenal studio. The instructor was helpful and energetic. Atmosphere was supreme. The rental mats were Lulu! Very impressive.

Great classes, great teachers, beautiful view of Cascade Mountain! Would love it if they would do another Mysore (I participated in May of 2015). The only down fall is that classes are so popular that the space can feel a bit crowded.

Visiting Banff for a wedding, I took the early morning 90-minute Level 1 & 2 Ashtanga class on Sunday. Trish was very friendly and is a great teacher ~ she was really helpful as she was aware that I'm a newbie at Ashtanga although have been doing Bikram for years. The studio is very clean and has a lovely ambience. Thanks, Trish!
