I was first introduced to Rocky Mountain Soap Co. through a surprise Valentine's Day gift from my husband: The Rocky Reserve 3-piece soap set. Some might think soap is an unusual gift for Valentine's, but to me, a thoughtful, all-natural, cruelty-free, toxin-free gift is perfect! Since then, I’ve been a loyal fan. The soaps are not only wonderfully scented—everything smells heavenly—but they also leave my skin feeling clean, fresh, and soft. Although I haven’t yet needed to contact customer service, I feel confident that any future interactions would be met with friendly, helpful service. Living in the US, I order in bulk from Canada, and the bars typically last me 6 months to a year. Highly recommend!
I just received my order for their new solid shampoo and conditioner! So impressed, it lathers up so easily and left my mature hair soft, shiny and tame! This will definitely be my go to shampoo and conditioner for life! I also love their natural deoderant, the lemongrass smells so wonderful and lasts all day even in the hot summer!
The products are great but the online customers service is a 0/5. I would only consider going into the stores when I’m in Alberta. Otherwise I’ll skip using this company.
My daughter absolutely loves this store, and what they're all about. Has amassed quite the collection of products, and would love nothing but for her birthday! Lol. These 5 stars are for them, and for her! Both are amazing!
