Rocky Mountain Chocolate Factory

A total chocolate heaven! I’ve been wanting to check this place out for a while so finally stopped in to hand pick some chocolates. Love their dark chocolate and they also have some really unique flavours — definitely something here for everyone. They also have really good ice cream I tried the Salted Caramel bar, yum!!. I wish I had tried the candied apple but maybe next time. The only downside is that if you hand-pick your own chocolates it will get expensive. I got the box shown in the attached pictures for $84… But I gotta say, it was DELICIOUS!

Maybe it’s fun to see many chocolates in your eyes, but you’d better grab a couple chocolates for yourself only, not for souvenirs. It has chocolate blooms like a mold and kinda old, less taste. Your friends may feel disappointed to say ‘it was delicious’

Amazing collection of chocolate, Apple chocolate, ice cream chocolate bar, etc , they make the chocolate in place, but just the prices are not cheap , the test I don't know , I didn't buy anything yet .

My apple had mold in the middle and the OWNER refused to give me a refund. Headoffice doesn't want to deal with it because it's all franchise. Based on other reviews it looks like sometimes stickers are left on or Apple is moldy at the bottom...be careful about the cleanliness and quality of their product. Even my doctor says it was mold. But the owner gaslights and has since not replied to the multiple emails sent. I simply ask for a refund and not risk eating more moldy apples as I am pregnant. It's a shame that $12 cannot be simply refunded.

Standard Rocky Mtn chocolate location which means great quality and the benefit of also offering icecream!

I liked it how they customized their ice creams but didn't like the outcome.

What happened to my favourite fudge factory? I just bought a sampler pack and every piece was terrible. Mushy overly sweet brown squares that weren't worth the caloric intake. Rocky mountain is off my list.

Worth to give it a try if you have a sweet tooth. Famous for candied apple dipped with chocolate, lots of varieties to choose from. Also ice cream sticks available for summer time, which tasted pretty good too. The price reflects its high quality too.

Love rocky mtn but dealt with an unhelpful employee. Rolled her eyes when I asked for alternative gift ideas. Seemed as though I was a burden on her day. Overall not a pleasant experience and not as welcoming as it usually is.
