I have been there MULTIPLE times.(and have gone for 7 years) The front end staff have always been pleasant. And very rarely have I waited long. They have always been very accommodating. Two thumbs up!

Very pleasant front desk staff. They were able to see earlier than expected when I communicated to them i was in a rush :)

Extremely rude front end staff. I understand that dealing with the public can be difficult but the client service at the front line is atrocious. The last 4 interactions I have had have been horrible.

Yesterday I had my wife who is very shy call the clinic to book me an appointment as a follow up to a test I'm having done. The last few times I have had long wait times to get an appointment (over a month) I wanted to book well in advance. The receptionest nearly had my poor wife in tears, apparently they are not able to book as far in advance as we wanted but instead of politely telling my wife that they were super rude & huge up in her ear! Both doctors & staff in Rocky healthcare seem to have an additude problem I've ecountered more then once & I question why these people chose this line of work if they dislike it so much!

called for an appointment and the receptionist said only clinic tonight and that "just the way it is!". I understand that mornings can be busy but she was very rude. Next available appointment is a month away....just wrong!!!!
