In my opinion this is the best bbq in Montana! The brisket speaks for itself doesn't need the sauce to cover it Perfect the way it is! Mac and cheese tastes just like it should taste creamy, cheesy so good!!

Amazing BBQ that would stand up to anything from the South! All the meats are great, but the brisquet is out of this world. Chris is such a friendly guy who's willing to chat with you about your own grilling, and always makes it a pleasure to visit the truck!
The food was terrific and enjoyed his staff very much. They were professional and very friendly. We have tried the brisket, ribs, and street tacos and all were delicious! Great Bbq!! We had them provide food for a huge event and they did an awesome job !
My fiancé and I agree that this is the best barbecue you can buy in Helena! We have tried their street tacos, and street corn and they are absolutely delicious! We also received wonderful help and customer Service. I HIGHLY recommend this food truck to anyone searching for high quality, tasty BBQ
