In the land of neighborhood Chinese/Taiwanese spots this place is legit. Prices are still very reasonable and the menu has a great balance of traditional Chinese-American with unique and delicious Taiwanese fare. Be great if you could support this spot to keep them going through this crazy time.
Friendly staff. Almost like a mom & pop hole-in-the-wall feel. Large menu with a good variety of Taiwanese dishes. Highly recommend the Home Made Hand Shaved Noodles #37.
This is definitely the best Taiwanese restaurant I've tried in the Seattle area. Delicious food, great people, can't lose. Also, this is one of the few places in the area that offers hand shaved noodles in their beef noodle soup.
New favorite go-to near home. I've ordered from here several times now and have never been disappointed. The milk bread is so good, I could make a meal out of that alone. Authentic Taiwanese food at great prices with great customer service.
Excellent food. My favorite dish here is Honeydew Beef. I usually get that with a side of Bao.
Hand shaved noodles were dope! So was the Szechuan pork. 10/10 would recommend.
A local treasure. Their Taiwanese cuisine is particularly special, but all of their dishes are great.
Huge menu! Friendly service, delicious food, cozy and comforting interior. Can’t wait until this pandemic is over so we can dine indoors again.
If you don't already know, Rocking Wok Taiwanese Cuisine shares ownership with Silver Lake staple Pine & Crane, and to be entirely honest I could copy and paste my 4-Star review for Pine & Crane and it would be applicable to some of the best Dan Dan Noodles you'll have anywhere and just okay everything else.
