In the summer we have patios at both locations but the Queensway location has a lighted tree in the patio and is quite beautiful. We have famous Roccos pizza's, a variety of pastas including our popular seafood pasta.You can order from our menu and make special requests for food the way you want it. Rocco and the kitchen staff will try to accommodate you.We have 2 locations in Etobicoke and you should try them both.Drop in anytime for lunch or dinner - including late nite dinners. It you like tasty Italian Rocco’s might be for you! We started off the the goat cheese a veg thing and brochette. Both super tasty! We also got complimentary bread and olives with an oil and balsamic vinegar dip. Super tasty; my favourite part! We then moved on to gnocchi which as I understand it was great; and the Salmon and veg dish also excellent! The prices are reasonable and the wait staff friendly and helpful. All in all an excellent experience and great food!
My aunt recommended this restaurant for good Italian food and it did not disappoint! Our server as well as the rest of the staff was both friendly and helpful. I appreciated the flexibility with making a substitution and answering all our questions. The pasta and soup I ordered were delicious. My boyfriend thoroughly enjoyed his steak too, so we left full and satisfied. I cannot wait to try more dishes. P.S. I noticed that the prices on the website are not up to date. Please change so that they more accurately reflect how much customers will expect to spend.
Rocco's provides the most beautiful backdrop for a like- you're-in-Italy-patio-lunch. Everything was perfect! The waitress knew her wines, and made an Excellent suggestion. The grilled calamari appetizer was the best I've ever Had: it's sauced with a beautiful balsamic reduction that has changed grilled cal. for me forever And the house-bread is like dipping clouds. There's definitely no carbs in something that tastes that delicious. This is my new favorite restaurant.
When I was a young boy I travelled the Italian country side with my brother. We were not very wealthy my any means and we mostly relied on the kindness of strangers. Eating at Rocco's always reminds me of those days, authentic rustic Italian food made to please.
happy to know the food here is still just as good as it always was at the larger now closed location! we came and celebrated my 30th birthday here the other day - i used to come to this location here and eat plain angel hair pasta as a kid. was nice to come back! :
We were in the area after shopping in ikea, looked up google map and found this gem as we were craving for Italian food. Our waiter was beyond friendly and has given us suggestions as my boyfriend wanted to try something creamy. At last I ordered a rose sauce penne with shrimp and big juicy scallops, my boyfriend ordered an alfredo pasta with chicken in creamy sauce, also fried calamri as appetizer. Food quality was top notch and you can tell the waiters knew their food very well. I'll definitely go back to try their risotto next time!
Excellent food, veal sandwich delicate and flavored...bun soft. Pizza slice was great too. Don't let the appearance of the takeout side distract you. Food is awesome
Perfect takeout served by the sweetest beautiful girl.. She hails from Cuba. I will return. The pizza by the slice was delicious and crispy. Still five stars for dinner in the back garden, served by delightful Irena. Superb food cooked to order as well as friendly caring service. Our go to Italian. PS. The grilled shrimp is amazing. Our third visit in a 2 week period.
Homey feel of being back at Nonnas for Sunday brunch. Fresh produce, perfectly grilled meats, and superb service. That first bite gave me a flood of memories of coming to a home cooked meal. Absolutely recommend
I eat here every chance I get - and you should too. REAL Italian good at a good price. Good portions and excellent service. What more do you want? Oh! The espresso is excellent too. I always make sure I get pasta here - the rose sauce is fantastic!
