We were offered this place as a recommendation. For less than an hours worth of time the lawyer charged us for a good lawyer would have been a two to three hour fee. At the end of it all when we had questions he made a gesture and said he didn't feel comfortable explaining it further for the fee he was charging. We left the lawyers having paid a big chunk of money still clueless of what it all meant. Only to later find out he didn't go through the papers correctly missing parts. I would never recommend anyone needing mortgage documents explained/signed to go here. Our neighbours just went to another highly recognized lawyers and we're only charged $40 and had the opportunity to explain their concerns and have them answered.
