Great service dept, great sales dept both are always willing to go the extra mile to make the vehicle ownership experience a good one. Had warranty issue with Ford Canada and Keith was willing to pay for it, i fought with Ford and they ended up covering it, but the gesture from Keith was greatly appreciated. Wont go anywhere else to buy my vehicles.

Bruce and Keith did everything they could to ensure we got a good deal and all parties walked away satisfied.  Also their aftermarket service is second to none.  We will be returning to Roblin Ford for our next vehicle also.
