Really enjoyed the chili and sandwich combo. Staff was friendly

Staff were great! Food was fresh. Coffee was good. Quick service and clean storefront
Iced coffee looks like a cup of cream.
I love coming here. But I will say it's a bit slow as they only have three workers. The bathroom is located in Irving and we'll it's rare that bathroom is ever clean. It can get pretty busy here. And there's no wifi which can be horrible if your a tourist.
