Food was fantastic! Service was “sweet”! My boys loved their pizza. Freshly made, hand tossed dough, tasty sauce with the perfect amount of pepperoni slices topped with cheese…baked to perfection, just to be devoured in minutes!
Ordered 1 10” pizza and 1 14”. Asked for the large well done because last time the crust was almost dough.nHad the order repeated back to me correctly but received and was charged for 2 14” pizzas. The large pizza was again not well done and the crust was doughy. Box was sagging it was so wet in the box. I gave them a shot after not ordering from them for a couple years guess it will be a couple more years. Maybe it’s better to pick up in person not delivery.nGood ingredients and nice toppings.
Delicious discovery.nThis is hands down the best pizza on Vancouver Island. We try and drive up island to Ladysmith at least once a month for their pizza. Always give the special of the month a try. We order two pizza to take home, a special and a bacon double cheese burger, but that one really does need pickles but that's a person preference.nAs you pull up the place looks like a family home with a quirky fun design and loads to look at in the garden. Enter through the metal gate to the side and step into the amazing aromas of pizza cooking. Place your order and take a wander around the garden area, sit and relax and take in the atmosphere.nBack to the pizza, the crust has flavour and crunch. The toppings are plentiful and well balanced. Cooked to perfection.nStaff I think they are the best. Friendly and very willing to point you in the direction of a park to sit and enjoy pizza with a view of the ocean. If you need directions they are willing to help.nOverall this is the perfect small town pizza joint with loads of character and amazing food.
Ordered pizza and asked for easy sauce and well done. Received our pizza soaking in sauce and almost raw. Called and let them know to be offered a $10 credit on our $50 order. When asked to speak to a manager my husband laughed and was declined. Not sure what was worst the pizza or the customer service.n**Owner called back and they sent out new pizzas and gave us credit on our account.
Wow this is the best pizza I’ve ever tasted! Especially loved the jalapeño popper pizza 10/10
