Utter joke order took over 2 and half hours phones them up and it hasn't left the shop yet. Then they end up putting the phone down on me, quick enough to take my money tho! Cheeky!!!
Ordered my food 3 hours ago and still a no show i am not a very happy customer they talk to you like rubbish and half the time the foods cold definitely dont recommend

This is hands down the best pizza you'll ever get. I've moved a lot over the years and this is honestly the only reason that I keep moving back The staff are super friendly, the shop always smells amazing, the prices are great and the pizza is GOAT. What are you even doing with your life if you're not ordering Roberto's Pizza?
It’s a shame you can’t do 0 stars, order took over 2 hours to come. Called after 90 mins and the man on the phone said he’s just leaving the shop. Fast forward another half an hour the food still wasn’t with me, baring in mind I live about a mile away!! Absolutely shocking will not be ordering from here again.
Unbelievable service waited 2 hours for the food to arrive 40 mins prior i had rung twice to be told the driver is ten minutes. A further 30 mins i rang again to say forget it it you were in a restaurant you would have walked out. On the phone the guy promised to look after us on our next order. Thought we would give it a shot today and the man on the phone said he would chuck in free dips i said are you serious oh and a free can of drink as my boss will kill me. I told him to forget it terrible service do not believe what they tell you when they say they will look after you next time its lies!!
The owner has been rude to me. It is the first time that I bought pizza through his page... I was surprised to pick up the pizzas because the size was small, I must have made a mistake when choosing the pizzas online, in addition to being 2 small pizzas of 10 '' and paying for them more than 20 pounds ... the price is not the problem actually. The problem is that he only needed to kick me out of the store! Just because of my surprised face. Instead of explaining how a decent human being I'm paying his products... He has answered me literally: This is your name? have you paid this bill? well it's yours, bye! I'm never going to buy in his store again!!! besides the guy was stressed, the pizzas are delivered to me overcooked and with a lot of salt.
Absolutely shocking experience last night. Accepted my order on Uber eats, made me wait over an hour then cancelled my order on me with no explanation! Didn't even have the decency to call me to tell me. Definitely won't be using you again when I'm next in the area.
What a rubbish service. Over 2 hours late and far too late to even consider eating any of it now! Manager was rude and just fobbed me off to booking agent! To top it off the order was wrong! Manager tried to offer new items I'm sorry, I wasn't prepared to wait another 2hrs!. Absolute disgrace and not even a call/message to say the order was delayed. Absolute joke!! AVOID AT ALL COST. They are quick enough to take your money but certainly the their time to deliver the food, maybe consider ordering the day before, they might deliver it on time...
Food arrived on time and piping hot. Fantastic quality as always. The kebab feast pizza is a wonder! Always my go to, and with BOGOF always offered I can always have one left over for tomorrow. Friendly and courteous delivery guys always. An absolute treat to order from. Thanks Robertos
