Paul Smart has been my family accountant for 15 years. He's been fantastic. Very throughal and the first year we used him he helped us get about $1,500 in refunds after being audited from the year before when using one of the national chains. We have some complex taxes and have not been audited and feel safe using Paul Smart as our accountant. When Paul joined this firm I was worried that the personal touch and friendliness would decline. That did not happen and the whole team is friendly, responsive, and trustworthy.
