This company came highly recommended by a colleague since December 2022. I have been call to speak with anyone at all and all I get is the receptionist and once I am transferred no one picks up the phone. I have sent email, left vmail and no one cared to call back. I have called Harneet, Eddie, taylor, Theresa, and 2 more recruitors and I swear, not one called me back. Is this the norm with this company?

I do have experiencing of working with recruiters and talent managers but there will be few who standout. One such person is Hiren Joshi. He’s incredible responsive, empathetic and is always looking to help out even though it means going that extra yard. I wish professionals who are looking to transition or move on find someone like Hiren along their journey. Thank you, Hiren aka Mr. Incredible!
I wish they would return phone calls. You would think they would want to fill the positions? I left 3 vm's and a message directly on social media. No calls in over 3 days. It's also someone with a VP title in the Toronto area. How did they even get that job? by ignoring applicants? I now stay away from RH. Very poor communication. Will find a recruiter that cares about filling positions not hide behind technology. Please don't ask me to call or email customer feedback type of response. Find and fix the issue/problem. Then let me know what changes have been made so this doesn't happen to others. I initially had this review at the incorrect location. Fixed.
