Saddened to hear about the closing of this fine jewellery store. Top quality merchandise for many decades, never compromising on sales and service. Many engagement sets, wedding and anniversary gifts and probably a few peace offerings sold over the years! If the walls could talk, what stories they could tell.
Customer service is excellent, all the staff were very helpful. However, i was quoted $60 for jewelry repair... my bill was $125. This is completely unacceptable. You must notify your client before proceeding with the work if the price doubles... that is standard business courtesy. Robert Brown Jewelers owes me $60 as far as I'm concerned.
I special-ordered a clock from Bulova. Kandis was very helpful and a true pleasure to deal with! The order came in quickly and the service was excellent. Would highly recommend for any jewelry or timepiece should I say time-keeping requirements!
