Roberds Lake Resort & Campgrounds

For 11 years we've been coming back to our seasonal spot. One would think that if I was not pleased, then 11 years would have been much shorter. Great people. Nice sites. Is there a pool? No. Is there all these activities? No. We make our own, and love it as a result, because it's real. It's not for everyone. But it is for us. Thank you shermayne, Bob and Tim for making this one of the happiest places of our lives.

Wonderful and very accommodating owners. Perfect location and access to lake. Our site was uneven and pretty much on the side of the road but offered full hookup at a reasonable price.

Immediately across the road from a lake with docks and a small beach area (which is not pet friendly). Decent spacing between spots, lots of shade tress, small stream on one end of the area. General store on site (after Labor Day weekend, only open weekends). Not too far, about 10 minutes, from shopping, restaurants and the freeway.

What a great & classic Minnesota resort! On the north side of Roberds Lake. Family owned and operated for 80 yrs! Large lodge thats wrap around, screened in windows. Great food, great cook and an old style fountain featuring root beer floats, soft serve ice cream, icee's & soda pop. Pull Tabs and pin ball machines! Classic red & white trimmed cabins plus full service RV & tent camping. Boat rentals and nice swimming beech. Fish cleaning station for those who caught fish out on the lake or from the dock. Just last week a 35" northern pike was pulled in while fishing off the dock! Great vacation spot within a cpl hour drive from the Twin Cities!

Had a great time staying here! It has the "up north" feeling to it, yet it's only 5 minutes away from town. The owners are very accommodating. Definitely recommend spending a weekend here!
