Rob's Superior Plumbing Services

Our interaction started off great, with a prompt visit to our house to see what materials were needed for a shower remodel project. Rob came by, wasn’t able to find the water shutoff valve (which our neighbor found in 5 minutes later in the day) and left, promising to return. Not only has he not returned, but after I called he gave me TWO DIFFERENT specific times that he’d come by. He never came. He never called. When I called he said there was “nothing he could do about it”. Unacceptable. Two no call no shows, no excuses.

We called Rob 9 am Saturday and he actually picked up the phone. Its hard to get an honest deal these days and rob gave it to us. He didn't charge us extra for the saturday service call he didn't mark up the sewage pump that we needed. Rob was on time did what he said he was going to do and didn't overcharge us. Thanks Rob
