Convenient store to grab basic stuff such as groceries. Stock-full of dry goods and vegetables. Prices are affordable, but you do need to get them when they put items on sale. Generally clean, hit-or-miss on customer service depending on the personality of the staff who happens tbe there. Parking not a problem.
Good place for quick groceries but last time they announced the BIG saving campaign on different Pots but when we collected required stickers, they said we don’t have all sizes of pots in store
Jen at the Pharmacy, was great to deal with. She was friendly and understood my situation without being judgemental. I just wish there were more Pharmacists like her, at the other Pharmacies. I would always come back at this location, thanks to her.
I visited the store today and had a positive experience with their customer service. After I paid for my groceries, I realized the bag of apples I purchased was rotten. I asked the cashier if I could exchange it, and she kindly agreed.nnWhen I went back to the produce section, I noticed that all the apple bags on the display were in poor condition. A grocery clerk quickly approached and explained that, due to the long weekend, the apples on that table were older. She informed me that fresher bags were available further down the aisle and even showed me where to find them. Not only that, but she also accompanied me back to the cash register, processed a refund for the old bag, and offered a 50% discount on the new one as a gesture for the inconvenience.nnI appreciated the helpfulness and proactive attitude of the staff. They were ready to go the extra mile to ensure I left satisfied, making it a positive experience overall.
Omg! If I could leave zero stars I would. The produce was sooooo disgusting, slimy, half rotted! We left without buying anything. Wow. How do you justify calling yourself a grocery store?
