Had a despicable experience in this store today, I actually felt like I was forced out of the store when the encounter of some lady yelling at me and telling me to move my cart and I’m purposely blocking the aisle I told her that isn’t my character at all and was looking at the food specifically the pasta aisle. Well she kept insisting over and over that I was blocking her cart. I advised the manager of this which at first I thought seemed nice since he was right there and offered me help. But he should have told the customer not to tell and get angry and yell. I would really love to escalate this incident and get the cameras involved so they can see I didn’t start anything at all. Another big issue is with Cashier one who my husband told me said that the lady is a regular customer and she’s a nice lady. This store needs training on how handle things. I will be escalating this incident with head office asap. If I was a manager you ask the situation and you figure out who was wrong. This was a very unnecessary incident. I may go to the police as well.
Typical looking no frills. Perhaps a little more dated and messy. The thing is going here you kind of expect to have lower prices than comparable grocery stores but it isn’t. I compared about half a dozen items which I found were more pricey than my usual place which is nicer looking and has more selection. I can’t believe they didn’t have Coke Zero in stock amongst other things I couldn’t find.

Plenty parking. They do have sensitizers provided at the entrance. Small and limited selection. Lots of bad reviews on google but when I shopped this evening, fully stocked, clean and organized unlike others said. Produce was fresh, few shelves were empty and I couldn’t find any staff to ask. Plastic bags were not displayed at the self serve counter and we needed to call someone from the front. They do have rooms to improve.
On January 15 around 5:30 PM, I visited No Frills after work. While checking out, the cashier, who seemed to be new, was having some difficulty scanning items. This was completely understandable, and I had no issue with that.nnHowever, when the cashier struggled to resolve the issue, another employee, who identified herself as the manager, came over. As I tried to explain the situation to her, she shockingly told me to “shut up” in Farsi. I was completely taken aback. When I began speaking again, she hushed me and even mimicked me in a dismissive manner.nnI asked to speak to the manager, and she insisted that she was the manager. Her behavior was entirely unprofessional and unacceptable. This experience left me deeply disappointed, and I would not recommend this location to others.nnIf the owner values their business, I strongly urge them to address this employee’s conduct appropriately.
