The best coffee at MSP airport by a mile. The friendly person, who waited on me, helpfully let me try a couple samples before choosing. Definitely worth the walk to the end of E Concourse.
Store looks amazing, coffee looks amazing and tastes great. There is a lot of variety and is a unique place to drink coffee versus going to a chain. You can bag coffee, as they have whole bean varieties there.
super cool bean transport system and a ton of coffees from all around the world. very reasonably priced for the airport. great stop while waiting for a flight and they can easily recommend a coffee if you dont know what you want. highly recommend.
About time fresh roasted coffee was made available at the airport. Choose the bean. House the strength. Light roasts. Medium roasts. Dark roasts. All roasted o the last couple of days. One more reason MSP is a great airport
INteresting ... You get to select a bean, they transport the beans through airtubes over your head to the coffee maker, which grinds it and bed your coffee. Cute. Too bad they use American amounts ie very little beans to make watery coffee. Yuck!

Small store, but really great matcha green tea and mysterious nut tubes.
I was really excited about this concept and the prospect of good craft coffee in the airport. Service was great. Coffee was horrible. $4 for an 8oz coffee that tasted like burnt toast water. Gas station coffee is better.
Great spot at the end of Gate E. Always a great variety of coffee to choose from. Comfortable but limited seating to wait for your flight. If the corner table next to the cooler is available...grab it...only seat with access to an outlet for charging devices.
