I bought a brand new Accord back in April from Roadsport Honda and my experience has been very pleasant. The salesperson who sold me the car, Ada San, was great to deal with. I had visited other Honda dealers first and a lot of them tried to lie to me and use whatever unethical or even illegal tactics they could to get me to buy a car. Ada on the other hand took the time to work with me to get me the best offer she could and did not waste my time. I ended up buying the car the same day I walked in. When I picked the car up, she took the time to explain all the features and everything else I needed to know even though she was very busy that day. I have only been to the service department twice but my initial impressions are positive as well. I went to them 4 months after to fix an alignment issue I had been having. They took the time to ensure the issue was resolved and covered everything under warranty. I also had the first service/oil change done last week and it was complimentary as they had promised and was done in less than the 40 minutes they said it would take. Overall I have been very satisfied with the service I have received.

Well I am happy with the car but the only thing i see is tires, they don't give u good tires with the car. Those tires only last for 2-3 months and later u need to spend more money on getting new 1. Which is bit disappointing for me... Other wise yeah got really decent car and at best price compare to market ..

When I walked into the shop, the receptionist didn't ask me what I needed help with, I just stood there looking lost trying to figure out my way. The mechanics were nice though, and they were friendly overall. The best thing I liked was that they didn't suggest any addons for the maintenance, which made it seem like they weren't just doing it to suck out all of my money

I had a bad service experience here. I brought my Civic in for an air bag recall. After the work I had to remove some of the dash panels because they clearly didn't see my phone charging cable was stuck in the panels. When I took it apart I noticed they broke tabs and didn't put proper screws back like it would be from the factory. That's pretty sad to see a dealership with an expensive labour rate do this kind of poor work, especially when it's so easy to do it right. This is what will give you new squeaks and rattles down the road. They don't respect your car and I would not go back to them for any service.

The rep I dealt with was very polite and prompt in getting back to me , unfortunately the service took longer than scheduled (3 hours to change a tire???) and they couldn't find the issue of why my tire pressure light kept lighting up....even though I've brought it back more than once with the same issue in the last couple of months. Might have to start trying other repair centres.
