Staff: friendly, knowledgeable, and seen genuine and honest. During my visits here, they have always been very helpful and pleasant to deal with.nnWorkmanship: I've only used services here myself once. The work was acceptable, and on time. I can't vouch for price, as it was an autopac claim.nnFacility: the front is very appealing, clean, and decorated nicely. It is setup very nice. That's as much as I've seen here.

Excellent workmanship and service. I have been a customer at road runners for 5+ years. They have done general maintenance, repairs, MPI I claims, and some minor body work on both my truck and a car I have purchased from there. Have used the car for 3+ years to commute from Manitoba and Alberta with no issues. They are timely with there work and have helped me out by squeezing my vehicles in for work for when I’ve had to travel out west. The facility is clean and layout is nice for wait times for oil changes, etc. Highly recommended!

Awesome service from Justine. They really looked over my brake line to make sure it was only wear and tear, not cut. No extra charge and were very speedy.

Went and asked about a service to only be told that they only do Autopac claims now and they refused service to me.
