Hands down the best hostel I’ve been to! Great location, super clean, and lots of personal touches: free coffee/tea/hot chocolate/cereal/pasta, cheap dinner every night, honour-system beers, huge, comfy couches, tons of games, and lots of TV streaming services. Very social atmosphere, although you can also keep to yourself pretty easily. The beds are all really comfortable and private, with a plug, light, and fan. Lots of storage space and NICE bathrooms. But the best part was the amazing staff! They are so friendly and warm, and the check in process is designed so that you sit down with them and have a conversation over a cup of tea or coffee while you register, which is a really nice touch. Big shout out to Jenny, who was SO awesome, but everyone I met was great. I can’t recommend this place enough!
Absolutely one of the best hostels I’ve ever stayed in! All of the staff were super kind, welcoming and helpful. Quite small so a very family like atmosphere with family dinners you can chip in for and organised pub and club nights after that! All bedrooms and facilities very modern and clean. Great place if you want to meet other travellers. Would highly recommend!
This is by far the best hostel I’ve stayed at. Very clean across the board, friendly staff and guests, great showers, amazing location. The hostel offers great events and dinner each night where you can get to know the people staying there. I would absolutely recommend this place to everyone passing through Prague. I would definitely return my next visit!!
The best hostel I've ever stayed in, no question. The rooms are great, the showers are fantastic, the kitchen and communal space is lovely. You can get a cheap beer from the fridge all the time. But not only that, the vibe is impeccable. The evening dinners are delicious and bring people together, and then every evening there's an activity you can do, often joined with the sister party hostel. When I was there it was drunk bowling one night, then karaoke the next. Both nights there was the option to go out to a club too. My only regret is not staying longer!
I think the rating is well deserved ! If you want to experience Prague the best way possible, this hostel is for you. Kitchen amenities, dinners, planned activities and the wonderful possibility to meet new people in the best environment available. Big shout-out also to all the workers, they're all very nice and helpful people
I had the best time staying in this hostel. The vibe is very chill and it's great for meeting people. The hostel offers a family dinner and an activity every night. Furthermore, the facilities are very clean and the hostel is well located.Rooms: 5/5
I had an PHENOMENAL stay here. I stayed for 7 days, and I felt comfortable the entire time. The staff is so great and helpful, and the place is VERY clean with such a friendly environment. I came as a solo female traveler in my 20s, and I couldn’t recommend this place more. I hope and plan to come back in the future! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!Rooms: 5/5
Such a cool place, cool vibe and small - so it's cozy and comfortable and you can get to know people. Everyone was so nice, the place was clean, the beds were comfy, and the living room was cozy. At night you can have dinner for only 100 czk. They have beer on site for czk. You can get your laundry done. After that, you can join to go to a bar followed by a club, going out is with the sister hostel Madhouse. Being a female solo traveler, I never felt unsafe. I would HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place.
One of the best hostels I stayed in, Prague become so much more special because of the friends I made at this place. This place feels like home, trust me. Absolutely no complaints at all :
Had an amazing experience at the Roadhouse! The hostel only has 20 beds so it is much easier to socialize with people. It feels like a home away from home and the staff are incredibly friendly! Vegetarian dinners are organized each night for about €5 and activities planned for the night with their sister hostel the madhouse a party hostel. The location is perfect as its right in the centre and only minutes away from the charles bridge and the old town square. The dorms were clean with a massive locker space and I particularly enjoyed the privacy provided by the curtains. The bathrooms are also modern and clean however i wish there were more bathrooms as only 3 are available and sometimes you’ll need to wait. One thing to note is the hostel is 2 flights of stairs up so it may be a problem if you have mobility issues. I was on the top bunk which was also quite high. In summary, i highly recommend this hostel and if i revisit prague i will go back to the roadhouse for sure! TLDR: book this hostel now because its amazing!!
