I was quoted $300-500 for RLB to complete a return. I was told it would ultimately depend on how much work/number crunching their staff had to do vs if I prepared all the #s for them. I prepared all totals neatly in an organized binder. I received and invoice for almost $700. No explanation as to where those charges came from. When questioned about the charges I was told there was an extra cost for "research" their staff had to do in regards to HST. This "research" was an email sent because their staff didn't have the knowledge needed to properly file a return that includes a rental property. So their ignorance cost me $200 and all the organizing I did did not save me any money. I do not recommend this business.

They are great to deal with! Have been using them for years and will definately continue to.
