Half the menu is pricey, $30-60, and the other side is within $20. I had the Southwest Burger and felt it was decent, but needed a bit more flavor. The homemade Au Gratin potatoes were excellent as well as the walleye. Chicken was alright. The riverside view was a bit blocked by the trees, though what I could see, the view of the river was wonderful. There's an eagle's nest on the other side of the river which was nice to see.
Everything here was awful! When two people send their food back, I would expect a visit from the manager. Nope and not once did the server say, "oh I'm so sorry, how can we make it right?" Skip this joint.Food: 1/5
Great food! Our server did such a great job, too. Pretty expensive, but great food and good experience. The brunch soup is phenomenal.
Our waitress was great and very knowledgeable! Our walleye dinners were fabulous & are accompanied with fresh salads and tasty vegetables! We will be back!
Shared a fantastic meal with my son! One of the best meals I've had in a long time. The lobster bisque was outstanding. I had the "all you can eat" fish. He had the prime rib. Wonderful! And we finished our meal with their home-made butter brickle icecream. Wow! Our waiter was top-knotch. We definitely will return!
Wife and I were in the mood for sammiches, this is not the place to go for them. $18 for primerib hogies couldn't find the onions or green peppers and the meat was just about non existent cold hard fries. I've had a bigger better sammich from Holiday gas station and the waitress was kinda rude....I will NEVER GO BACK

Had the worst experience here last weekend. Our dinners were horrible!! The burgers are pretty over priced to begin with and the menu says "cooked medium" so I thought that would be perfect for me. However, it was served well done and looked like a hockey puck & you can probably guess how it tasted. Others in my group had the prime rib. One commented that it tasted old! The others said it was so chewy and gross. After waiting for some time for our waitress to finally came over to check on us, we told her the food was really bad and did not want to eat it. She said she would send the manager over. Well, for some reason the manager decided not to show his/her face but just took the prime rib dinners off our tab not the burger, maybe because I ate 1/3 of it?. As the manager, if you cannot come to the table and talk to your guests about their food & experience then that tells me they do not give a hoot about their customers. The service was also pretty bad. We will never go back there again. If we could post with zero stars we would.
Went last night with close friends. Wow !! What a treat, best friend chicken I've had in my 70 years of loving chicken. Combine that with homemade mashed potatoes and gravy and finish with homemade ice cream! Who else does that these days? Shane at the bar was awesome. Will be back soon, hopefully.
We had a wonderful experience yesterday 7/21/18 at the Riverside. We were greeted warmly by the bartender Terry and seated immediately. She treated my kids like they were her own grandchildren and we had the absolute best time. We ordered and got our delicuous food very quickly. My daughter 5 and I played a quick game of pool and we left. Terry took great care of us and we will definitely be coming back!
