What a fantastic experience. I was nervous being a 70 year old lady that it would be too daredevil for me and whilst it was a bit hairy initially, it was exhilarating once I realised I could fully trust Harry, our guide, as he is so skilled. My son who is much more adventurous than me loved every minute.nAll the equipment was provided, the safety of participants is taken very seriously and everything was explained very clearly.nHarry even pointed out some bald eagles to us so we saw those too.nnCan't fault the company or the staff. Ten out of ten.
We had an absolutely incredible time with Riverside Adventures! From start to finish, everything was smooth, fun, and so well-organized.nOur guide, Dakota, was phenomenal — friendly, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made us feel completely safe while keeping the energy high and the experience full of excitement. His confidence and calm attitude on the river gave us total trust, and his passion for nature and rafting really shone through. He also shared great facts and stories along the way, which made the trip even more meaningful.nThe rapids were exciting, the scenery was stunning, and every part of the day was unforgettable. The entire Riverside team was welcoming, kind, and clearly passionate about what they do.nAbsolutely a 5-star experience. Highly recommend Riverside Adventures to anyone looking for a thrilling and authentic day on the river. We’ll be back for sure!
Great trip with swimming through rapids, rapid surfing with the raft and cliff jumping. We‘d definitely go with them again! All guides and the photographer / driver were great but of course this review counts for Ruby [the one on the 50% German raft as all guides were called Ruby ;-]. Enjoy the sunglasses and don‘t loose it in the clear water!
We had a great rafting experience with this company! A lot of fun, we were totally wet afterwards, could swim, jump from a cliff, surf a wave… our kids 16 and 14 were totally excited! Nice wetsuits, jackets and shoes for everyone and even a warm shower afterwards. Thanks for a perfect afternoon!
This rafting tour was simply incredible. The experience out on the water is truly priceless and impossible to put into words—you just have to try it for yourself to understand!nnBut what really made it special was the amazing crew. From the first “hello” to our final goodbye, we were treated with such passion and care. Right from the start, we felt totally safe because it was clear we were in the hands of real professionals. The equipment was also in perfect condition.nnSafety always comes first, so before we hit the water, we had a thorough safety briefing and got familiar with the rafts. Our guide Cole deserves a special mention: He gave us an absolute sense of security at all times, and did so with a calm confidence and relaxed attitude that only true professionals have. Cole was not only highly skilled and knowledgeable, but also incredibly funny and always ready with a fascinating story about the local wildlife and nature. He really made the tour unforgettable.nnWe were also accompanied by Kyla and Ruby in another boat please book the photo package—it’s a must to capture your adventure for a lifetime!. They were also super friendly and always looking out for us.nnOnce we got going, the excitement was indescribable. The thrill on the water, the stunning scenery you’d never see otherwise—everything was just fantastic. Halfway through, we stopped for a short hike to a hidden waterfall, which was another highlight. During the walk, all the guides shared fascinating insights about the local flora and fauna in B.C., and you could really feel their passion and authenticity.nnIf you’re visiting Clearwater, this is an absolute must-do activity! The tour starts right at beautiful Dutch Lake, making it easy to find and the perfect addition to your trip.nnNot a single minute of this tour was wasted, and I can’t recommend this team highly enough. It’s a small, family-run business with years of experience—you can really feel the difference.
