I don't know how this place gets any stars. Several agencies I'm affiliated with do business here and so I went in for a item for myself. Big mistake. Owner (lady) was very rude to begin with, seemed like I was wasting her time ordering one item. I almost left but unfourtunally they were only place that had logo of our services and there wasnt any other place close by. Just because its not 100 items ordered, I don't deserve attention and decently? Let me see quality and I'd have 0 problem ordering more after the 1. Order was placed previous week and promised for deilvery on a certain day. I called to see about picking up on that day and wow, lady on phone said she didnt place order till yesterday. Again, order was placed last week. Also she was told I would be out of town and unavailable to pick up after that day. She again said she would get my 1 simple item done and proceeded to take my payment. Also with other agency I'm with, I would have ordered more. I won't now. Previous order from them for one of those agencies was delayed over and over and sizing was very dissapointing, It should have been my clue... customer service really is a dying art...

Excellent place to pick up a bike! Mitch is very knowledgeable and passionate about his job and bikes of all different types. He will definitely find you what your after!

Great personal sevice! We usually do our research, test rides elsewhere and return here to order and outfit just the way we want our bikes! They are a smaller family store and we think that is perfect! All of our bikes are in the $3,000 to $4,000 range except one which was much less but they will get any bike for your needs, are never pushy and very competitive. They even have sold our current bikes on consignment! The new name is River Valley Sports since Jim's daughter now owns/runs the business.

Great place! Family oriented and truly know they care about you and your satisfaction. It's a family owned business and they are doing it right! Keep up the great work! Always feel welcomed and receive amazing service. You couldn't ask for more. Great people.
