River Valley Footwear

Not a good time to be shopping for new boots when most stores are sold out of most winter goods or setting up for summer goods. Today, Unfortunately, my current boots were no longer serviceable and I was in need of a new pair. I quickly browsed other stores but ultimately chose local and I’m so glad that I did! I knew they were IT the moment I tried them on and that’s rare for me!! I loved them immediately!! I heard great things about this store from my customers as I work just down the block! My first visit here! What a great experience! Thank you ladies! I will enjoy my new boots for many years to come, I’m sure!

Other retailers could certainly take a lesson in customer service from them. I am very happy with both their services and footwear. They certainly know footwear and it shows. I wont shop anywhere else

An excellent shopping experience. The staff were very knowledgeable about the footware and were extremely caring and safe. We had concerns about the times they were open as getting downtown during the work week is difficult but the were very accommodating and are willing to work with us. Thank you. A much better experience than the large chain store in the mall.

Dave was great, I was having a hard time finding the proper size Red Wing workboot. After explaining what I needed to Dave he didn’t stop hunting until he find my “H” wide boot. Thanks again for putting in the work River Valley Footwear.

It was busy the day we were there so with covid rules we were in a line out front as the store is small and could not accommodate more than a couple people at a time. It was fine though as we were only a few mins waiting. Picked up some new Birks and we were off. :
