We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at River's Edge Retreat. The location is absolutely beautiful — right on the water with peaceful views that make the whole experience feel relaxing and refreshing. The cabin was extremely clean, well-kept, and comfortable, which made settling in very easy. The combination of the scenic setting, quiet atmosphere, and overall cleanliness made this a perfect little getaway. Highly recommended!
Beautiful location. Safe and clean suite. Having a kitchenette to accommodate a birthday dinner and ice cream cake was appreciated. Places like this make out-of-town hockey tournaments fun! View was amazing and we had a daily visit from a great blue heron.
We spent 2 nights at River’s Edge Retreat in mid September. The cabins are right alongside the river with big clear windows so you can see the best view from anywhere in your cabin- couch or bed! They’re new and fresh, the bed super comfy. The room was easy to keep warm at night and cool during the day. Tea and coffee facilities in the room along with a fridge. The shared bathroom facilities were clean and plenty of fresh towels provided.
We loved our stay at Scoria cabin. A bright newly remodelled cabin with no stairs. All the convenieinces of home. We loved sitting outside right beside the river. Saw a black bear on the opposite shore. Clearwater is a great outdoor vacation wonderland. Loved seeing all the water falls. Would definetley stay here again.
Great stay had here! The cabin itself is convenient for what you need it for and the showers and bathrooms are genuinely “a stones throw” away. The showers and bathrooms are newly built and clean. The cabin was very clean, spacious, and the comfiest mattress we ever slept on. Much more than “glamping” I would say! Only downside to our stay was that the key was left somewhere else and we weren’t notified so were left panicking for about 30 mins couldn’t call as we have foreign phone numbers before we found a caretaker who - took care - of us and let us inside.
