Just one star and that's too many! My usual mechanic being too busy, I found this garage to check my 2017 Civic air conditioner which was not working as efficiently as usual. I was given an appointment at 1:00 p.m. and when I arrived to carry the car, it was already a little confusing as I couldn't find my appointment. They take my details and say they will check it. I ask to be called if this is a major problem. With no news, I called around 4:30 p.m. to find out if my vehicle was ready... not only was it not repaired but he told me that the air conditioning system had been filled with a freon that did not comply with 1234yf as specified by Honda, probably a non-compliant Freon from Costco... it smelled sweet like Pepsi phew, quite a diagnosis! Note that I bought this vehicle with 27,000 km and it now has 45,000 two years later... the air conditioner has always worked well! He adds that he will give me a quote when I go to pick up the car.... summary: my compressor is blown and it's around $2000 to replace it according to them!!!!!!! I paid $100 for the more than doubtful diagnosis and I immediately contacted my usual mechanic. He put the freon 1234yf back on and everything is normal... it works very well! Solid failed test for Rivard!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Really disappointed, my car spent 2 days in the garage for a heater problem... Finally I was told that we managed to get the heater to work but not at full capacity... Finally when leaving the garage I still have cold air which comes out 300 in the butter.. plus he changed my radiator cap and replaced it with one which was not the right one!! Last time at this garage
