Robin and the Ritzy team did an absolutely incredible job on our wedding cake. It exceeded our expectations and was absolutely beautiful! We asked for a unique custom design kinda vintagey, classic piped wedding cake style and Robin was sure to get a detailed description of what we envisioned and sent over some pictures to make sure she understood what we were lookin for! I told her that as long as it was pretty and fit our inspo that I wanted her to just go crazy and be creative with it! I was so happy to see her artistry come to life! Our cake was lemon with vanilla buttercream icing and a raspberry jam layer and it was to die for, so moist and the icing was just the right amount of sweetness to go with the tartness of the lemon and raspberry, we saved our top tier for our 1 year wedding anniversary and just cannot wait to enjoy it again! We also ordered 3 different kinds of cupcakes to make it easier for our guests to enjoy! We got lemon with vanilla buttercream, carrot cake with cream cheese icing, and marble cake with chocolate icing, ALL were amazing as well. Robin also has a lovely option for a take home wedding cake tasting, it was fabulous and made for a great at home date night!
They make gorgeous custom cookies! We had them made for an event and they were beautiful and super tasty. They are individually wrapped which makes them a perfect party favour ....and I love the sparkles on top!
Fantastic local shop with friendly staff and a wonderful menu for breakfast, lunch or a snack. The cakes and treats and to die for and the chef is knowledgeable of the fresh ingredients and produce and brings a nice "gourmet " like experience when chatting. My first time here and will most definitely be returning to try other items on the menu
Had Ritzy make our wedding cake for last week. Her cake tasting box was amazing and sooo delicious. We picked the lemon cake with lemon and raspberry filling. She had amazing service during the booking process, was affordable and omg when we saw the cake it was absolutely perfect. My vision came to life and was everything I had dreamed of. The decor she put on the top was absolutely perfect. Thank you so much :
Robin was such a pleasure to deal with! From start to finish she knew the vision I had for my daughter’s first birthday cake and helped bring it to life. It was beautiful and delicious. A perfect addition to our “bee”-day celebration!
We ordered our daughter’s birthday cake this weekend. The owner was so helpful in choosing the various options we were emailing due to COVID and chose curb side pickup. The cake was so delicious and decorated with more detail than what we expected. We would definitely recommend them to anyone!
My boyfriend works at Toyutetsu and they got cookies from Ritzy's on their "snack day". The cookies remind me of Costco. They're good but they don't really taste homemade. Edit: Upon the owners reply, I would like to clarify - the cookies taste great, they're soft, lots of chocolate chips. But they have a slight oily mouth feel almost like they're made with shortening.
Fantastic snacks and cakes, on top of everything else over the years, they did a wedding cake for good friends that was an 11/10. Fantastic design and the taste was crazy good. Keep up the amazing work, repeat customer here for life.
The BEST cakes and the most amazing owners! Ritzy's recently created a beautiful cake for our wedding, not only did it look beautiful but it tasted amazing as well. From the initial cake tasting, to the consult, down to the final product not a detail was missed! We were treated with such warm kindness every step of the way. Robin truly cared about every aspect of our special day, and made us feel as if we were family. We received so many compliments on how gorgeous the cake was. Thank you Ritzy's - we found our new go-to, can't wait to order from you again soon!
This bakery is THE BEST! Wide selection of gourmet treats and meals. I’m obsessed with the raspberry cupcakes and Nanaimo bars. You can tell everything is made with love and care because they’re so fresh and taste like heaven. Can’t wait to stop in here again when I’m in Waterford.
