A local recommended this out of the way cafe.  Currently only doing takeout.  They made me a custom dinner for one that was to my expectations.  The hot n sour was spicy to my satisfaction.

First time at Ritz Cafe had dinner for two  enjoyed it a lot.

Excellent food that is not only cooked rapidly but with expertise, capturing the great taste of Chinese cuisine. The service can lack from time to time especially when busy however they make up for it with their great taste. Overall excellent for a small town family run oriental restaurant.

AWESOME FOOD AND SERVICE, I WOULD RECOMMEND THIS PLACE IF YOUR LOOKING FOR A GREAT CHINESE RESTAURANT, PLUS THE BUFFET IS REASONABLY PRICED
