Job well Done!! We got Ritson to do carpet for our lower floor and couldn't be happier. Ana helped us to choose the good and quality carpet (yes it was expensive but good quality)then guys who came to install didn't rush but did an awesome job and clean work. We are very happy that we got recommend to go to Ritson. Thanks!!👍

Now this company is exceptional! Great quality work, great price and promises kept. At first we went to Bryston Flooring, what a disaster that was. Over priced, delayed for weeks, ran out of materials, delayed longer, unprofessional staff, etc. I'd recommend anyone to Ritson Tile!

Undoubtably the best flooring store in the GTA! We have worked with RT&C on multiple occasions and are always extremely pleased with their expertise, product quality, & installations. Most recently, we consulted them with a difficult project and from start to finish, the process was flawless. Can't thank you enough for your dedication to customer satisfaction and quality services! I highly recommend this company!

Ritson Tile doesnt even deserve a 1 star.First and foremost, the younger brunette appeared to be pleasant, however unfortunately, she wasn't the one who assisted us. When waiting in line, I couldn't believe the way the older sales woman spoke to the customer in front of us. She was condescending and extremely belligerent. When it was our turn, we weren't even greeted with a smile or a hello. When we requested to see additional tiles they had in stock, she abruptly flung her pen in front of our faces to direct us towards where we should look ourselves as she appear to be annoyed. All of her responses were abrubt and unpleasant. Regardless if this business has good prices or tiles, i would never want to do business with them based in this older sales woman's manners. My parents have owned an appliance business for well over 35 years and have never treated new or repeated customers in this manner. Regardless if this is her typical belligerent self, she should remain in the back room and avoid dealing with customers directly. At minimum, she requires some customer service training.

Absolutely thrilled with the process and finished product with this company ! From start to finish, all employees were eager and extremely pleasant when I asked a million questions about colours, brands and prices. The installation crew were extremely curteous and did an excellent job . Definitely recommend.
